Shipping policy
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
All TAILSLATERS items are shipped free of charge and are expected to arrive within 4 - 12 business days. Currently we only ship within the United States.

Return & Exchange policy
OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All TAILSLATERS items can be returned for full refund or exchange if initiated within 14 days of receipt. Any such returns must be in NEW condition and not show signs of wear. To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us through our contact page included here, or email us at tailslatersshow@gmail.com and please include the order number in the message or subject. Please note that all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to product defect (not shipping damage).

CANCELLATIONS

A cancellation must be received within 24 hours of the placing of an order to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours from order initiation will be reviewed to see if it is possible to cancel. If cancelling is possible, the refund will be issued and the order cancelled. If cancelling the order is no longer possible, the order can still be handled as a RETURN with full refund (assuming it is done within the 14 day policy for returns), though the customer will then be responsible for shipping costs to return the item back to Tailslaters. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us through our contact page included here, or email us at tailslatersshow@gmail.com and please include the order number in the message or subject.

PHYSICAL RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is not due to a product defect, the customers is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Tailslaters. Please contact us (here) for any items that might arrive with a defect (not due to shipping damage) and we can make arrangements to cover the shipping cost for replacement. Tailslaters is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipment. We cannot apply a refund/exchange without actual receipt of the items or proof of delivery.
